Please review personalization carefully. We are not responsible for customer-entered spelling, dates, or other personalization errors. We will attempt to accommodate changes before production begins but cannot guarantee changes after production starts.

Orders are accepted after payment is processed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders because of pricing errors, inventory shortages, suspected fraud, or inappropriate personalization.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes and applicable fees are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers.
7. Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Customers must provide accurate contact information. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or events beyond our control.
8. Returns & Refunds

9. Product Care
Products should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by drops, impacts, misuse, prolonged moisture, outdoor exposure unless specified, or normal wear.
